Your role
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong expertise in managing complex technology projects to lead wearable product demo solutions and implementations for the retail stores.
Main responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT demo solution projects
- Oversee the engineering of custom solutions, integrating hardware and software components
- Manage assembly and integration of customized electronic components
- Oversee post-implementation support, post-installation activities, and ongoing maintenance of deployed solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams in an international context, ensuring effective communication and goal achievement
- Plan, monitor, and document all project phases
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and ensure solution quality
Main requirements
Professional Experience
- Multi-year experience in IT project management within the technology sector, preferably focused retail world.
- International team management: proven ability to coordinate resources from diverse cultures and nationalities
- Custom product engineering: experience in designing and developing integrated hardware/software solutions
- Electronic component assembly: practical knowledge of hardware component integration and assembly
Technical Skills
- Computer hardware: solid understanding of hardware architecture and components
- Mobile Device Management (MDM): experience with platforms such as AirWatch, Knox, or similar
- Mobile technologies: in-depth expertise on Android ecosystems, smartphones, and tablets
- Software projects: understanding of software development cycles and project methodologies
- Scripting: ability to create and manage scripts for automation and configuration
Soft Skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills with proven ability to manage priorities, motivate diverse teams, and deliver results in dynamic multitasking environments while maintaining attention to detail
