Senior Program Manager - Supply Chain Strategy and Operations, Inbound Network Planningを担当します。Amazonは世界で最も多くの品揃えをカスタマーへ提供するため、日々数百万点にも及ぶ商品を全国の倉庫へ入荷しています。急激に増える入荷物量に対し、商品をより早く、適切な拠点に在庫化するため、スケーラブルで効率的な入荷物流ネットワークの構築を目指します。本ポジションは、リテールベンダーやFBAセラー向けの入荷サービスの戦略構築・実行、オペレーション設計・改善、コスト計画を担当します。長期的視野でのオペレーションのスケーラビリティ戦略を立案し、多様なステークホルダーの要件を取りまとめ、サービスのチェンジマネージメントを推進します。

・以下が本ポジションの役割詳細です。

Responsibilities

• サービス開発・オペレーション設計・改善: ベンダー向け・セラー向けにカスタマイズした入荷サービスについて、納品ルールと倉庫オペレーションフローの整合性を保ちつつ、スケーラブルでユーザーフレンドリーなサービスの開発とオペレーション設計・改善に取り組みます。
• グローバルとの連携・新規ソリューション導入: 日本国内のニーズに合わせたサプライチェーン構築を目指すとともに、グローバルで開発・展開されているシステムやエンジニアリングソリューションの動向を調査し、日本環境への導入を推進します。
• プロジェクトマネジメント: 新規サービスのビジネス要件を販売管理チームと協議し、要件定義を行い、倉庫・輸送・エンジニアリング・システム開発の各チームと連携して新規サービスオペレーションの立ち上げを推進します。
• リスク分析・データ分析: 過去の成長率や将来の販売計画をインプットとして設備キャパシティ分析を実施し、キャパシティ拡大のロードマップを作成・実行します。技術導入によって変化する倉庫・輸送オペレーションの前提を踏まえ、中長期の実行計画を提案・実行します。
• 課題定義・メトリクス設計: 課題定義・KPIの設計・データ分析・実行を一連のプロセスとして回し、課題解決に取り組みます。問題発生時にはデータと事実を積み上げて問題構造を明らかにします。

Global Collaboration and Local Enablement

• グローバル連携・新規ソリューション導入: 国内ニーズに合わせたサプライチェーン構築と、グローバルでの新規ソリューションの日本環境への適用を推進します。

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of supply chain experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree
• English Proficiency - Business Level, Japanese Proficiency - Business Level

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
