This Position reports to: Purchasing Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

• Analyzing purchasing data, market trends, and supplier metrics to identify cost‑saving opportunities and support strategic decision‑making.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track KPIs, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels.
• Initiating Purchase Orders in the system, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring, and tracking supplier performance to PO requirements.
• Negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renewing price lists and terms and conditions.
• Recommending frame agreements to management and executing upon approval.
• Verifying external capacity of all suppliers and approaching new ones on the market.
• Analyzing and evaluating bids to determine the optimal value.

Qualifications For The Role

• You hold a degree in Finance, Economics, or Management Engineering.
• You are interested in building your career in product engineering, supply chain, or procurement.
• You have a solid understanding of cost analysis and financial evaluation, ideally within supply‑chain or purchasing functions.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• You are at ease communicating in both Italian and English.
• You have good proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
• You bring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
