Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of the company's obligations to comply with the requirements of the GDPR, national legislation and the policies issued by the Group, and monitoring compliance and implementation;
• Drafting and updating the documentation required by personal data protection laws, including the processing register, privacy policies, the data breach register, the register of requests from data subjects, data processing agreements, etc.;
• Support the drafting of specific contractual clauses on personal data protection and intellectual property;
• Support the performance of risk analyses on data processing carried out within the company (e.g. DPIA, LIA, TIA);
• Collaborate with other relevant departments and the DPO on all matters concerning personal data protection, supervising various company projects within your area of expertise;
• Support the management, enhancement and protection of IP assets (trademarks, software, patents, models);
• Support the registration of intellectual property and distinctive signs owned by the Group;
• Support pre-litigation and litigation activities, including in the field of intellectual and industrial property.

Requirements

• Degree in Law;
• Excellent knowledge of English;
• Knowledge of national and European legislation on personal data protection, intellectual and industrial property law, cybersecurity (NIS and implementing legislation), artificial intelligence;
• At least 1 year of previous experience in the relevant fields at structured companies, specialised consulting firms or law firms;
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility, proactivity, accuracy, confidentiality, ability to analyse and manage multiple priorities, ability to work in a team, problem solving, ability to manage stress.
