Your opportunity

Sidel is looking for a Field Service Engineer (FSE) specialized in Labelling equipment. The main focus is to perform installation, start-up, commissioning, and testing of Sidel Labelling equipment at customer sites within the ECA (Europe & Central Asia) perimeter. The role involves providing technical assistance during and after the warranty period, conducting training, and other after-sales services for installed equipment. Developing a good understanding of customer needs to offer objective advice and ensure customer satisfaction is essential.

Your Mission

• Test and evaluate equipment performance at the customer plant based on technical, contractual, and safety specifications;
• Operate mechanical systems, HMI, electrical wiring, and automation for routine activities and troubleshooting according to Standard Operating Procedures;
• Handle, check, and transfer equipment non-conformities;
• Prepare job progress charts and technical reports related to activities performed;
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction internally and externally;
• Perform activities in accordance with SOPs, Sidel coordination plans, and customer rules;
• Coach junior colleagues on-site regarding behavior, technical activities, troubleshooting, and reporting;
• Report to the ISM regarding team site activities.

Your Profile

Education Qualifications and Language Requirements:

• Technical professional qualification or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics is a plus;
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;

Professional Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in field activities;
• Experience in the beverage industry;
• Solid technical background in Mechanics / Mechatronics;
• Knowledge of Sidel portfolio is advantageous;
• Willingness to travel up to 90% internationally.
