Senior Commercial Marketing Specialist

Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Marketing Specialist, to join our Marketing Team in Pomezia (Rome). This role supports Italian marketing strategies for all products and/or services. Interacts with sales teams to ensure we have the right materials to support sales activities and with the EMEA marketing team to manage or participate in specific projects. This person will be instrumental in helping identify, create, and translate marketing collateral to support sales. In addition, this role will help with coordination of tradeshow activities, digital marketing, tender and sales reps support for specific product lines.

Duties

• Support new product introductions, develops and execute launch plan and ensures proper training support to the national sales team;
• Provide ongoing support to sales reps by answering questions and ensuring proper use of our products;
• Support tender activities and requests and participate to the tender process for the technical tender documentation;
• Responsible for concept, logistics and organization of congresses, seminars, trade shows and exhibits;
• Adapt the EU marketing collateral, including brochures, to the Italian market, or develop new marketing material as needed;
• Support Hospital Meetings or customer training and presentations;
• Conduct competitive analysis including pricing, trending and market share across multiple categories;
• Establish working relations with other functional area associates and determine routine information reports or analysis to support business decision making;
• Execute media campaigns, i.e. direct mail, social media, company website;
• Supports the marketing team in process improvement and new tools development

Education Degree

Master's Degree in Marketing

Required Experience

• Good english knowledge
• Strong project management skills and experience working under pressure to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good understanding of the principles of marketing
• Master degree with a specialty in marketing or previous 5+ years’ experience in marketing
• Medical Device market experience is highly recommended
• Excellent copy writing skills and verbal skills
• Experience with excel is an asset
• Availbale to travel
