Position Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international recruitment team on a full-time remote basis. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing candidates to promoting our employer brand and coordinating successful hires. Youll operate independently in a remote environment, collaborating closely with a multicultural and values-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Strengthen our employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Conduct structured interviews and coordinate candidate evaluations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and fulfill talent needs
• Champion an inclusive recruitment approach to support workforce diversity

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-life cycle recruiting
• Strong knowledge of employer branding strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable working remotely and autonomously
• Experience in multicultural or international work environments is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources , Psychology , or a related field
