Within the Snam Global Solutions Department (SGS), which provides integrated service solutions to help customers developing and upgrading CH4, CO2 and H2 assets, while guarantying operational efficiency and safety and enabling energy transition, we are looking for a brilliant resource that, in force to the Commercial Solutions team, will support Commercial Managers in the definition, production and finalization of commercial and technical proposals.

What will your specific responsibilities be?

  • Support Commercial Managers in the definition, development and execution of the Proposal Plan and ensure that the overall process respect defined margin, procedures and deadlines
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and technical departments to finalize the Commercial and Technical proposal within the timeframe and cost target
  • Support Commercial Managers in the analysis of contract requirements and conditions and highlight the main deviations against the specifications of the tender
  • Collaborate with Estimator for the definition of bid cost structure
  • Support Commercial Managers in analysing and reporting risks and opportunities along the different stages of the bidding process
  • Manage the post-bid clarification phase together with Commercial Managers and Client

What does it take to join our team?

  • Strong team player and natural predisposition for fast changing environment
  • 2 or 3 years of experience in technical-commercial offering activities
  • Commercial attitude and critical thinking
  • Negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and Italian, other languages will be considered a plus
  • University master’s degree in STEM or business management
  • Availability for occasional international mobility
  • Accountability, Reliability and Flexibility, proactive and curious attitude
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strategic perspective
  • Leading by example, responsibility and consistency
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
