Evidilya, the dedicated Contract Research Organization of Sprim Health Group operates as a full-service international expertise in successfully developing and managing observational, pre-clinical and clinical trials, is looking for a :

Business Development Specialist – Milan

Responsibilities

  • Manage leads generation process, establish first contact with prospect clients and organize first meetings with them to introduce Evidilya.
  • Perform market analysis, keep updated on market trends and monitor competitors’ strategy.
  • Take part in all the steps of the new client acquisition process: attending initial meetings with prospects, collecting data and needs, supporting the development of proposals (PowerPoint presentations, agreements, etc.) and finalizing collaborations.
  • Support the business development and sales strategy.
  • Manage and update Evidilya CRM, developing reports on the status of the new client acquisition process.
  • Work closely with Design & Tech and Marketing Departments to develop DEM.

Required Skills

  • Scientific Degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Physical and Natural Sciences).
  • Previous experience (2 years) in sales and/or business development in an international context.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proven knowledge of healthcare industry and/or CRO.
  • Ability to work in challenging and demanding environments.
  • Strategic and innovative approach.
  • Accurate, attention to details and business goals oriented.
