Do Work That Matters – Your role and responsibilities

• Rethink the operating models of key business functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain) through organizational and operational levers to implement models that improve business performance in alignment with business strategies.
• Support organizational redesign and process re‑engineering initiatives through change‑management pathways, providing levers to address change and unlocking its full potential as part of the business transformation.
• Evaluate the impacts and expected benefits of implemented initiatives, monitor pre‑ and post‑transformative performance, and initiate targeted plans to close identified gaps.

Skills – Come As You Are – Your skills and characteristics

• Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration or Management Engineering.
• Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities.
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package.
• Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad.
