Join a global logistics leader and take on a role that puts you at the centre of customer experience and operational performance. As a Customer Engagement Manager at UPS, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day operations for key clients, ensuring smooth warehouse activities and consistently high service levels. In this position, you’ll partner closely with customers, internal teams and leadership to deliver solutions that keep our supply chains running reliably.

Your Tasks

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading operational planning and day‑to‑day performance for assigned customer accounts in the warehouse
  • Monitoring volumes, service levels and contract compliance across distribution and post‑sales operations
  • Setting priorities, coordinating with cross‑functional teams and driving continuous efficiency improvements
  • Acting as the primary customer liaison, ensuring clear communication and dependable service delivery
  • Preparing and reviewing account plans, contributing to statements of work and supporting cross‑selling opportunities
  • Managing financial and operational reporting, collaborating on P&L and forecasting, and guiding supervisors and hourly teams while supporting system monitoring, projects and issue resolution

Your Skills

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience in operations management, ideally within logistics, warehousing or supply chain
  • Strong organisational and analytical abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Confidence in managing teams and coordinating across multiple internal functions
  • A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships
  • Reliability, accountability and a commitment to high‑quality service
