We’re looking for an Italian-speaking Beauty Advisor to support customers of a leading beauty brand through email, chat, and phone. You’ll bring positivity, expertise, and care to every interaction while living your best life in one of Europe’s most welcoming cities.
Your day-to-day
You’ll receive full training to become a product expert. Then, you’ll assist customers with their beauty‑related questions, provide solutions, and help them make the most of their experience on a top social platform or e‑commerce hub.
What you’ll bring
Fluent Italian, solid English, great communication skills, and a love for tech and beauty. Experience in customer service is a bonus but your enthusiasm is what really counts.
