Senior Engineer, AMS Verification

Position located in Assago, Lombardy, Italy. We are seeking an ambitious Senior AMS Verificator Engineer to support our Power Solution Group within Analog Devices’ cutting‑edge technology portfolio.

Position Overview

The candidate will work with Analog designers, Digital designers, DMS Verification Engineers, Test Engineers, and Application Engineers, participating from definition through verification plan creation, testbench development, AMS simulations, and sign‑off of Automotive and Industrial Power products. You will verify high‑performance products targeting Automotive Display and Application Specific PMIC market applications.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in Product Definition meetings to translate device features and specifications into verification items.
  • Create Verification Plans, define coverage, and partition AMS/DMS coverage to achieve full device coverage.
  • Prepare the AMS Verification environment and support analog designers in top‑level AMS simulations.
  • Develop SystemVerilog testbenches to fulfill specification coverage and operating scenarios.
  • Coordinate meetings with designers and DMS Verification engineers to track verification progress.

Requirements

  • MSEE with 5+ years of industry experience in AMS Verification.
  • Strong knowledge of analog design for linear and switching systems.
  • Proficiency in SystemVerilog.
  • Knowledge of UVM, Vmanager, Cadence Virtuoso, ADE, SimVision, and Xcelium is a plus.
  • Experience with VerilogAMS and SystemVerilog modeling of analog blocks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Strong documentation practices and ability to work independently.
