Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales and New Business Developer, located in Milan. The day-to-day tasks include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the team to develop and implement sales strategies.


Qualifications



  • New Business Development and Business Development skills

  • Strong Sales skills and ability to meet targets

  • Excellent Communication skills

  • Understanding of business operations

  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

  • Experience in the security or technology sectors is beneficial

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
