Position Description

You will be based in our Ragusa office. We want energetic and passionate people with a burning desire to create and innovate, willing to experiment. We are seeking highly motivated professionals looking to gain internship experience in the hospitality and customer care sector. Your daily tasks will include understanding customer expectations, ensuring smooth communication and inquiries, setting up our hospitality and event management software tools, and assisting with travel agency acquisition.

This internship takes place in Sicily from August to September 2025 for 3 to 9 months.

Requirements

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A sense of customer relationship management
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills
  • Willingness to support ideas to improve efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Ability to create appealing social media content
  • Basic experience in social media and marketing
  • Interest and basic experience in hospitality
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically

Responsibilities:

  • Set up event management and hospitality tools (PMS)
  • Assist with travel agency acquisition
  • Conduct digital marketing research
  • Manage online social media marketing
  • Improve processes and implement structures
  • Write blogs and articles
  • Handle corporate and brand communication
  • Respond to inquiries
