Your Role :

The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for organizing and overseeing maintenance employees and activities related to utilities, facilities, and process equipment. This role ensures compliance with GMP guidelines, technical standards, and company procedures. Responsibilities include planning work orders for routine repairs, preventative, predictive, and emergency maintenance, and maintaining 24/7 facility operations. The role requires managing the lifecycle of equipment within the maintenance strategy, utilizing SAP and TrackWise enterprise systems. Key tasks involve root cause analysis, managing and analyzing MMS KPIs, ensuring reliable supply of utilities and equipment, and providing maintenance support to all departments. The site is the reference point for all maintenance technical aspects, utilities, services, and equipment maintenance, with a focus on safe operations and proactive risk reduction.

Who You Are :

• Master's degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance roles within similar industries
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Familiarity with Process Safety Management facilities
• Knowledge of single and 3-phase electrical systems up to 480V
• Proficiency with SAP Management Systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Fluent in Italian and good command of English
