Purpose of the role

Raimondi Cranes, an historic Italian manufacturer of tower cranes and a leader in the construction industry - part of Arada Group - is entering a new phase of international growth. With the recent acquisition of key businesses from Terex Corporation the company is accelerating its ambitious strategic plan. To support this stage of development, we are looking for a: PMO - Strategy & Business Transformation. With a strategic role, you will work closely with the Corporate Development Director and support the CEO and leadership team on high-impact strategic projects. The main focus will be on integrating acquired businesses and driving organizational and business transformation initiatives. As PMO - Strategy & Business Transformation, you will have the chance to contribute to M&A activities, business planning, and strategic analysis.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive and support the integration of acquired businesses, ensuring alignment of processes and operations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, working closely with Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, and Operations departments of all operational businesses.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of integration plans and strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Provide analysis and insights to support executive-level decision-making.
  • Contribute to business plans, market analysis, and competitive assessments.
  • Support M&A due diligence, assessing integration feasibility and identifying potential risks.
  • Prepare presentations and reports to guide strategic decisions.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in consulting or structured corporate environments.
  • Solid analytical capabilities with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
  • Fluency in both English and Italian; additional languages are considered a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel
