Role: CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMIN

This position is based at BorgWarner’s Italy Plant in Lugo (RA).

Products: Industrial Stationary Chargers, Automotive Stationary DC Fast Chargers, Automotive Inverters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and communicate through various channels.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  • Develop product knowledge to answer questions effectively.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Provide feedback on customer service process efficiency.
  • Manage a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
  • Address issues related to customer orders by analyzing and improving processes, and share lessons learned with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to enhance product quality and reliability based on customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Engineering departments on technical definitions and product improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • High Diploma in Marketing or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or sales department.
  • Experience with Stationary Chargers and Automotive Stationary DC Fast Chargers is a plus.
