Product Development Lead

We are looking for a skilled Product Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of the product management team, you will be responsible for selecting and developing products for the Italian market.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the security surveillance industry and experience working with clients, teams, and stakeholders to develop and launch new products. You will conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and determine specifications, pricing, and release schedules for new products.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Conducting comprehensive market research and analysis of the security surveillance industry, including information on competitors and customers.
• Formulating regional price strategies based on market conditions, competition, customer needs, and internal business objectives.
• Sales support, including customer visits and development of marketing campaigns.
• Working with R&D teams to ensure product compatibility and reliability.
• Preparing supporting materials for product releases and uploading them to the company website.
• Forecasting first orders for new products, determining inventory levels, and preparing for stock turnover and clearance.
• Organizing and facilitating periodic new product training, from planning to execution.
• Designing promotion strategies, preparing promotional materials, and executing activities.
• Preparing promotional packages for roadshows and exhibitions.

Requirements :

• Minimum 10 years' experience in product management in the security surveillance industry.
• Good understanding and knowledge of top security surveillance products (CCTV) brands in Italy.
• Fluent English language skills in writing, reading, and speaking.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
• Experience working with sales, marketing, engineering, support resources, and customers.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
