What You’ll Do

• Design and oversee complex, large-scale software architectures
• Lead technical strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
• Mentor senior and intermediate developers, fostering technical excellence
• Represent Aitho in client discussions, shaping requirements and solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of hands-on back-end development experience
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud-native solutions
• Strong knowledge of databases, API security, TDD/BDD, and performance testing
• Proven leadership in managing teams, projects, and client relationships
