Join a dedicated post‑sales team supporting the HR solutions for the following application areas: Paghe, Presenze, Mobility, Reporting, and Core Platform.
Locations: Cassina di Pecchi (MI), Genova, Napoli, Noventa Padovana (PD), Ravenna, Roma, San Lazzaro di Savena (BO).
Team & Responsibilities
The role focuses on customer support and software configuration.
- Maintain and optimize the daily usage of the AMS software for clients.
- Configure new functionalities on existing applications.
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot the software.
- Deliver training sessions for end users.
Objectives
Improve operational efficiency, increase customer satisfaction, and support business growth through innovative digital solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Humanities, Economics or Computer Science.
- Good knowledge of basic IT tools (MS Office), SQL Server and major operating systems.
- Experience in the same role is considered a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong relational skills, customer orientation, proactivity, and teamwork.
