What we are looking for

We are looking for experienced professionals to fill the role of :

• Sales & Quality Assurance Manager to drive NEW business revenue

Responsibilities

• Sales & Quality Assurance Manager will monitor service and sales calls to assess employee demeanor, technical accuracy, sales performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures.
• Develop, create and implement sales processes and procedures manual as needed.
• Lead a team of minimum 7-8 motivated people.
• Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
• Determine weaknesses in performance and establish solutions to improve.
• Ensure compliance with the company's quality systems.
• Create and improve processes, maintain and communicate procedures.
• Generate and maintain feedback and coaching documentation.
• Provide feedback to sales team leaders and managers.
• Offer daily feedback via verbal and written communication.
• Interview and train new recruits for your team.
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of products, including performance and functional requirements.
• Ability to work and complete projects without supervision, self-motivated.
• Ability to communicate with discretion and professionalism, understanding when confidentiality is needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in high ticket sales.
• Availability for full-time work.
• Languages required : Italian - native / bilingual proficiency; English - working proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional listening and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
• Passion for financial markets or sales will put you ahead of the competition.
