Main Functions

1. Handles incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients
2. Assists customers effectively by solving customer disputes
3. Provides customer additional information or explains services
4. Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction
5. Tactfully handles confrontational or stressful interactions with the public
6. Completes data entry as required
7. Accurately captures customer information

Requirements

• Applicants should be proficient in verbal and written communication (Italian, English and German languages), IT competent
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
