Executive Assistant to Global Head of Brands and Strategy

Key Activities & Responsibilities

  • Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Filing and retrieving documents and reference materials, conducting research, assembling and analysing data to prepare reports and documents
  • Managing travel arrangements and filing expense reports
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings and events, both internal and off‑site, taking care of both content and logistics
  • Participating in meetings, taking minutes and tracking follow‑up actions
  • Maintaining calendar
  • Managing company correspondence
  • Managing personal deadlines
  • Monitoring, responding to and distributing incoming communications, answering and managing incoming calls
  • Managing incoming invoices, interacting with both external suppliers and the internal accounting department
  • Supporting specific projects as required

Key Relationships

Internal: Head of Brands & Strategy and related teams, Executive Assistants. External: Service providers.

Education And Professional Experience

  • Bachelor or Master Degree
  • Experience in providing support at the executive level
  • Proficient computer skills and in‑depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • English language knowledge
