We are recruiting in Q1 2026 for a fast‑growing, well‑funded company focused on cutting‑edge Silicon‑Photonics chips targeting the AI / DC market.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a complex team of semiconductor professionals.
• Lead the development of new integrated material chips.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across digital design, analog design, mixed‑signal, verification, applications engineering, and physical design.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi‑functional semiconductor teams.
• Background in R&D with advanced process technologies.
• Knowledge of silicon IP/chip development.
• Fluency in English (Italian advantage).
• Visa sponsorship and relocation available for the right candidate.

Preferred Technical Expertise

• Silicon‑Photonics, PICs, photonics, quantum, optical, GaN, SiGe, FinFET.
