This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced and proactive professional, with a strong track record in ecommerce management and a refined passion for the digital evolution of luxury fashion.

This position is based in Milan (M1 San Babila stop), with a traditional full on-site set-up. The role reports directly to the Ecommerce Director, involves maximum collaboration within the Digital Team, works closely with other internal functional teams, and cooperates with external counterparts. The role will also be supported by a junior resource for operational execution, while the Ecommerce Manager retains full accountability for ensuring quality, accuracy, and results.

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee product data and digital asset management, ensuring quality, completeness, and timely upload
  • Supervise ecommerce content creation and updates, granting brand consistency and luxury aesthetic standards
  • Oversee merchandising operations, including commercial calendar planning, cross/upselling setup, and in-collection product sorting
  • Grant platform accuracy and functionality through structured site checks, audits, and reporting
  • Monitor competitor activities and grant systematic reporting to management
  • Supervise the evolution of digital products and customer experience, testing new tools, AI solutions, and marketing automation
  • Ensure process and structure definition and documentation, granting scalability and clarity across operations
  • Oversee marketplace management, ensuring assortment, positioning, and performance are aligned with brand standards
  • Coordinate external partners and service providers on planning and operational activities
  • Ensure that accurate tracking and cataloguing during photo shooting is performed
  • Propose, plan, and execute A/B testing, ensuring structured measurement and follow‑up
  • Ensure robust data analysis and insight generation, covering ecommerce (Shopify), marketplaces, Google Analytics, and ERP stock data
  • Provide management with the official monthly digital report and grant alignment and tracking of initiatives vs. sales performance
  • Collect and analyze performance data (sales, stock, availability, product information completeness)
  • Prepare the monthly digital reporting package, consolidating data from Shopify, GA, marketplaces, and stock 4S
  • Track ecommerce initiatives and commercial activities versus sales reporting
  • Document processes, workflows, and operational guidelines
  • Carry out site checks and prepare operational reports
  • Temporary cover for product data entry and digital asset upload when occasionally required
  • Temporary cover for ecommerce content updates when occasionally required (site navigation, collections, product categorization, merchandising copy)

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master in a Digital or Economic related area.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in the same role within ecommerce management, preferably in fashion or luxury
  • Mandatory hands‑on experience with Shopify Advanced or Shopify Plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
  • High proficiency in Excel and good command of the Office suite (particularly PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and ecommerce reporting tools
  • Creativity and strong luxury aesthetic sensibility
  • Proactive and results‑driven mindset, with ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight and operational execution

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with solid experience in communication and lead generation in B2B contexts. Whoever joins this role will become an integral part of the Marketing team, and will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital activities for lead generation and brand positioning through content, campaigns, and automated tools.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and contribute to organic positioning.
  • Design and implement lead generation campaigns (online and offline), aligned with a B2B funnel logic.
  • Conduct interviews with clients and prospects to gather insights and strategic content.
  • Work with and optimize CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign or similar).
  • Use AI tools and prompting techniques to support marketing activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and conversion.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree and/or postgraduate qualifications/master’s in Digital Marketing and/or Artificial Intelligence.
  • At least 4 years of experience in similar roles, gained in international digital marketing agencies or in multinational companies in high‑tech sectors.
  • Experience in multi‑country projects is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English (minimum B2 level).
  • Proficient in digital tools and performance analysis, with a strong data‑driven mindset.

Digital & Event Marketing Specialist role

The role has a global remit and will assume responsibility for all GEB digital marketing platforms and support GEB Event Marketing Manager with the organization of events. This is a data‑driven role working closely with other members of the Marketing & Communications team, with the sales organization, Global Analytics & Insights Team, and Operation departments to maximize business opportunities, improve our digital marketing as well as digital transformation of processes and procedures, and support the event organization.

Main accountabilities (non‑exhaustive list): Within the digital area
  • Manage all our digital marketing platforms and automation, email marketing, surveys, video streaming and more
  • Actively contribute implementing new tools and functionalities (e.g. Salesforce Account Engagement, PiwikPro, CVENT use expansion, PowerApps for Automation, etc.)
  • Plan, measure, report and improve digital campaigns and activity, including (but not exclusively) newsletters, webinars, display advertising, and website
  • Create/ prepare/ send Salesforce email campaign (newsletters, digital campaigns)
  • Create a Toolbox process documentation for email campaign activities
  • Manage newsletter subscription requests with our platform provider
  • Taking ownership of Client Data Centre Subscription Process (in coordination with GA&O, Commercial and COO area)
  • Liaise with suppliers and invoices, manage platform users
  • Oversee web maintenance and implementation of our Lifetime Partner customer journeys – reporting bugs, raising and chasing helpdesk tickets, testing new features on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) site, and supporting management and deployment of service releases on our website and portals
  • Conduct regular web content quality audits to ensure our website and portals are of great standard
  • Contribute to the global marketing plan by advising on best use of digital channels and becoming a champion for digital best practice in the team
  • Find synergies and efficiencies among the MARCOM tasks, specifically through the usage of Office365 and other digital tools, and identify opportunities for digitalization and automation through PowerApps to improve in‑department teamwork and cross‑department efficiencies

  • Support the execution of small to large‑scale events
