We are seeking talented and motivated hospitality professionals to fill the position of Restaurant Manager at one of our Hotels Mangia’s Sardinia Resort

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily restaurant operations, both front and back of house
• Deliver high‑quality service and maximize guest satisfaction
• Promote the sale of premium wines and/or cocktails
• Respond effectively and accurately to guest complaints
• Regularly assess product quality
• Organize and supervise staff shifts
• Continuously evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Manage reservations
• Work closely with colleagues from other departments

Requirements:

• At least three years of proven experience in luxury hotels or similar establishments
• Fluent English proficiency; knowledge of French is considered a plus
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Team spirit and collaboration
• Positive attitude, respectful demeanor, and willingness to share knowledge and skills
• Customer service orientation
• Precision and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Opera PMS
