We are currently looking for a Commercial Purchasing Manager based in Roma to join our international team.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with clients and suppliers, while maintaining and enhancing existing ones.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and the full range of our products and services.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand client relationships by offering tailored solutions that support their business goals.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services according to client expectations.
• Serve as a key communication bridge between clients and internal departments (logistics, product, finance, etc.).
• Manage and resolve any issues that arise with clients, turning challenges into opportunities to build loyalty and trust.
• Prepare regular reports on client portfolio performance, including forecasts and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a purchasing salesperson.
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on knowledge of customer needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
• Autonomous, responsible person with great organizational capacity.
• Great capacity for reflection and decision making.
• High level of Italian
