For the opening of our new Corinthia Rome project in collaboration with Carlo Cracco, we are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who brings structure, elegance, and a hands‑on approach to high‑level hospitality. You will oversee the full FOH operation, guiding a vibrant young team and ensuring that every moment reflects the standards of a world‑class restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations with efficiency, precision, and a refined service vision
Uphold and elevate fine dining standards across all touchpoints
Train, support, and inspire the FOH team
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Maître D'
Maintain strong guest relations and manage feedback with care
What We’re Looking For
Background in luxury fine dining or high‑end hotel restaurants
Strong organizational skills and elegant leadership
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and committed to excellence
Fluency in English is mandatory; Symphony is a plus
