Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Backend Software Developer to craft our platform and deliver to our customers high‑quality software code embracing modern software architectures (microservices, function as a service, event‑driven, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into well‑crafted code.
• Develop microservices to manage smart grids data.
• Integrate components to deliver a fully functional platform.
• Discuss fine‑grained design choice with the Architect.
• Document and maintain software functionalities.
• Apply test‑driven development and maintain unit and functional tests.
• Take part to team code reviews.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years experience in delivering high quality software.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (preference for Python).
• Knowledge of microservice event‑driven architectures.
• Mastering of Docker.
• Solid experience with git.
• Understanding of the power‑system domain (e.g., grid operations, or electrical system modelling).
• Knowledge of GO.
• Familiarity with agile approaches.
• Experience with securing microservices.
• Understanding of front end development frameworks.
