BU BIOPHARMA HEAD

Key2people is seeking a Business Unit Biopharma Head on behalf of a multinational healthcare company specialized in developing and commercializing high-quality biosimilar medicines. The company is committed to expanding patient access to innovative therapies for chronic and acute conditions, combining scientific excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to sustain and grow the biopharma portfolio in Italy.
• Define financial and business plans, leading the execution of initiatives to achieve revenue, profit, and NWC targets.
• Coordinate market access, marketing, and sales functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Represent the company in key industry forums, trade associations, and meetings with institutional stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and best practice sharing.
• Monitor compliance with local and company regulations, ensuring business activities are conducted accordingly.
• Participate in congresses, regional and international meetings, and manage relationships with strategic partners.

Requirements

• Solid experience in the pharmaceutical sector, (focus on biosimilars is a plus).
• Strong strategic and business planning skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian market, access dynamics, and industry regulations.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to manage complex processes in dynamic environments.
• Degree in scientific or economic disciplines; postgraduate education is a plus.
