Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of European renewable energy electrical projects, ensuring compliance with European standards and regulations from planning and technical support to implementation and delivery.
  • Responsible for project development of renewable energy electrical systems, including market research, partner coordination, and technical solution expansion.
  • Oversee project budget, schedule, and risk management to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing overall costs and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Group COO, regularly reporting on project progress, key performance indicators, and technical optimization recommendations.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including electrical engineering design, equipment procurement, on‑site implementation, and operations & maintenance support departments.
  • Ensure projects comply with European environmental, safety, and quality regulations (e.g., REACH regulations, CE certification, IEC standards).
  • Provide full‑cycle technical support, including system monitoring (SCADA), performance optimization, and operations & maintenance plan development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related fields; PMP or other project management certifications preferred.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in the renewable energy electrical industry, with at least 5 years of project management experience in the European market.
  • Proven success in leading multiple renewable energy electrical system projects, covering full lifecycle management.
  • Familiar with the specific management of renewable energy electrical systems, including feasibility assessment, site selection, electrical system optimization, and European permitting processes during the engineering design phase.
  • Supply chain management, equipment supplier evaluation, and material compliance (IEC standards, CE certification) during the procurement phase.
  • On‑site installation supervision, safety management, quality inspections, and grid connection commissioning support during the implementation phase.
  • Overall project risk control, budget management, and performance optimization (SCADA monitoring, O&M plans).
  • Priority given to candidates with experience in large‑scale electrical systems or energy storage integration projects.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera; familiarity with electrical design software like AutoCAD is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills, cross‑cultural management experience, and ability to adapt to frequent travel and on‑site work.
