Responsibilities

• Descrizione attività
• Incontri con il Cliente per l’elaborazione del Brief di progetto
• Analisi dello stato attuale dell’immobile
• Analisi dello stato urbanistico / edilizio / catastale
• Elaborazione del test fit e della presentazione
• Collaborazione con il construction manager per il budget
• Presentazione al cliente del test fit e del budget seguendo tetris guidelines
• Sviluppo del progetto preliminare in collaborazione con i consulenti impiantistici e con il construction manager
• Sviluppo del progetto esecutivo in collaborazione con i consulenti impiantistici e con il construction manager
• Supervisione in cantiere “Direzione artistica”
• Close out del progetto
