Process Engineer

What you will do

• Conducting tests in our UHT Plant to ensure they are error-free and in line with the test specification
• Using the processing equipment as a technical reference: configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and test environment
• Reporting and presenting deviations and results
• Contributing to product development by providing solutions and technical information to Functional Competencies

As a Process Engineer you contribute to the creation of new solutions, implement them and see the result of your work. We believe you have

• You have a technical education in Food Technology and Processing, Food Engineering or similar
• Consolidated testing experience in automatic machinery with mechatronic content, preferably in food or pharmaceutical processing
• You are familiar with several testing techniques and tools to implement and understand results (physical testing capability)
• You have mechanical skills: assembling and disassembling components and sub-systems
• You have electrical competence in reading electrical schemes and cabling
• You have automation skills and knowledge of different platforms (e.g., Siemens)
• You have pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge in reading circuits and cabling

Advantages for you will be:

• Technical writing competence to create technical project documentation clearly and accurately
• Knowledge of World Class Engineering and statistical tools (robust Design, DOE, P Diagram and Green/Black belt Six Sigma)
• Knowledge of 3D drawing tools (like Creo or similar)
• Fluency in Italian with intermediate English, or fluent English with intermediate Italian
• Experience troubleshooting complex issues involving several factors in a structured way
