Main Responsibilities and Contents

• Identify and develop possible opportunities on the market for chlor-alkali business.
• Develop and foster client relationships.
• Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up on potential opportunities.
• Coordinate with Proposal Managers to develop proposals that fit client requests and expectations.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Participate in trade fairs and conferences including presentations.
• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.

Your profile

Skills, Qualifications and Abilities

• University degree in Chemical, Mechanical or a related Engineering discipline.
• Experience in sales and customer relationship management of chemical plants.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with project management and execution processes of chemical plants.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and experience in addressing commercial and legal topics.
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to drive business growth.
• Ability and willingness to deal with different cultures and travel for meetings with prospects and existing clients.
