We are looking for a

Sales Associate with a strong affinity for the luxury sector to join our Buccellati boutique in Venice.

Main Tasks:

1. Achieve boutique and personal sales targets through active participation in daily sales activities.
2. Develop sales initiatives, including high-value item sales.
3. Greet, serve, and advise clients, providing exceptional service and guidance on product selection.
4. Handle cash and card payments, and balance cash registers with receipts.
5. Receive and store stock deliveries.
6. Stock shelves with merchandise.

Profile:

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Experience in luxury retail sales is a plus.
• Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Result-driven with strong sales skills.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and empathy.
