Position Summary

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to be part of eCommerce division, giving support in the coordination and management of Samsung.com website activities and projects, aligned with global brand guidelines and sales strategy.

Role and Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities :

Supporting in the management of the website marketing calendar and relevant projects to grant full visibility to global and local promotional campaigns;

Building a strong interface and collaboration within E-store Team different stakeholders, global and Sales Divisions Marketing teams, ensuring an effective execution of marketing projects and local online activities (e.g. products launches, products information, marketing campaigns);

Supporting the management of the external agencies to ensure Samsung.com on-time update with the right level of quality and reliability;

Monitoring and analyzing website data performance and KPIs to optimize CX and improve conversion (A / B test, content personalization);

Being involved in digital marketing projects in order to enhance premium customer experience on Samsung.com;

Supporting Supervisor in any operations concerning Samsung.com;

What we need for this role

In order to be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes :

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field;

Passion for marketing and curiosity about different marketing disciplines;

Excellent communication and organizational skills;

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn;

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);

Fluent in English (written and spoken);

Nice to have : Digital background and analytical skills.

Starting Month : JUNE 2025
