About The Job

Reporting to the Industrial Compliance Manager, the role will be responsible for driving strategic improvements in the supplier compliance program through data analysis, trend identification, and the development of proactive strategies. This role requires strong organizational and planning skills, an analytical mindset, excellent problem‑solving, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. The role should coordinate the work of audit supervisors and operational inspector team.

Job responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance supplier compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to supplier compliance performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of the supplier compliance program, optimize the management systems and tools to better support the industrial businesses.
  • Prepare and periodically present to the executive team of the organization a clear and concise report on supplier compliance performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Interact with the internal and external team to resolve any issue in the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with the operational teams to align compliance strategies with business objectives.
  • Be the main point of contact for HQ and external stakeholders for suppliers compliance matters.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of the supply base to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans.
  • Organize and coordinate the work of a growing team of audit supervisors and operational resources.

Profile

  • Master degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, and data analysis, reporting, and trend identification.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, …).
  • Located in Milano or Fiesso d'Artico (VE) offices, but with frequent business trips.
