Application Specialist Laboratory Solutions - Campania, Italy (m/f/d)

Your role

• Post-sales direct problem-solving through method applications or troubleshooting, activating the specific technical service or application support to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Onsite instrument installation, customer training, and follow-up regarding Hemostasis, Hematology, and plasma protein.
• Monitor system performance by measuring selected KPIs.
• Identify and address new customer needs, providing direct support in cooperation with salespeople or via internal support channels.

Your expertise

• Master’s degree in biology/biomedical laboratory techniques or biomedical engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong interactive communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities with the capacity to communicate complex technical/clinical content clearly.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel.
• Dynamic, proactive, with personal initiative to meet targets; curious with openness to learn and flexibility to move within the assigned region.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
