Overview

A global industrial technology group with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability is seeking a Global Manager – Leadership & Talent Development to join its Corporate HR function, based in Northern Italy (Piedmont or Lombardy).

This role will play a key part in shaping and implementing global strategies for leadership growth, talent development, and organizational performance. Reporting to the VP of Talent & Leadership Development and working closely with business and HR leaders worldwide, the Global Manager will design impactful programs, foster engagement, and strengthen a culture of leadership excellence across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing development needs and designing leadership and capability-building programs that align with strategic priorities.
  • Managing and supporting global initiatives on succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership assessment.
  • Partnering with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between individual development and business growth.
  • Facilitating workshops, learning sessions, and leadership dialogues that promote collaboration and accountability.
  • Driving innovation in learning through digital, blended, or data-driven approaches.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of initiatives through metrics and continuous improvement actions.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should hold a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Education, or related disciplines, and be fluent in English.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and influencing skills are essential, as well as familiarity with HR systems and learning platforms.
  • Occasional international travel is expected.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with assessment tools (360° feedback, psychometrics, development centers) and certifications in coaching, facilitation, or talent management is required.
  • Previous experience in a corporate role involving global frameworks is also welcome.
