Tennis Instructor

**About The Role:** \*\*This role will not be onboarded until September 17th, 2025\*\* The Tennis Instructor is responsible for delivering exceptional service to Four Seasons residents and guests, ensuring a high-quality, engaging, and personalized experience. This role includes teaching lessons, providing private and group instruction, and promoting the sport, while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism. Assist in delivering high-quality private and group tennis instruction that exceeds guest expectations.Demonstrate a strong ability to play tennis, with a minimum proficiency level of 4.5.Actively promote tennis instruction and related activities to members and guests. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management. Minimum of 2 + years experience in the tennis teaching industry at a similar club or luxury resort setting. Creative yet sound approach to delivering tennis instruction. Understanding of high-quality tennis guest service experience by assessing the skill level of each student and tailoring instruction to their needs.Ability to encourage and motivate others to reach their full potential.Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.Ability to work with diverse age groups and skill levels. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Position requires continuous standing, walking, and running for 8 or more hours a day with the ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs, and to be outside for extended periods of time.Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States. **What We Offer:** Four Seasons believes in offering the best to the best when it comes to employee benefits!
