ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB TITLE : HR GENERALIST ASSISTANT - INTERNSHIP

LOCATION : MILAN (Hybrid)

TYPE OF CONTRACT : Curricular / Extracurricular Internship

SALARY RANGE : €800 / Month

DURATION : 6 -12 months with potential job offer after

START DATE : ASAP

What you'll do

• This role reports into our Global HR & Legal Manager and is a perfect opportunity for a career starter to get the 360 insights on how everything works regarding payroll, legal, HR compliance works in a global setting and fast past start-up environment. In particular your main tasks to start will :
• Be the right hand to ensure all our operational processes related to HR platforms are delivered to on super high standards
• Responsible for managing and maintaining high data accuracy in our HRIS platform;
• You take ownership for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for our new joiners, managing all administrative and organizational tasks;
• Across all six countries, updating, tracking and managing our meal vouchers platforms, medical checks, security courses, and any other HR related tasks;
• You’ll help your team leader restructure and write our policies into the Intranet;
• Support on the monthly closing and checking of payslips across all six countries;
• Depending on your seniority and background, help shape our HR legal policies and guidelines across all countries
• Support our Talent Acquisition Specialist in any additional projects in hiring and Employer Branding

What we’re looking for

• Educational background in european or Italian HR law or related field (previous experience in roles requiring high attention to detail would be a plus)
• Highly organized
• Great attention to details
• Fast-paced, thrive under pressure
• Quick learner and independent;
• Can use GoogleSheets and Excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Fluent English
