What You´ll Do

  • Develop Industrial Adhesives market (Rigid and Flexible packaging) in Central and Southern Italy
  • Manage assigned customers independently
  • Identify future market opportunities
  • Monitor and share KPIs with internal stakeholders

What makes you a good fit

  • Technical Degree is preferred (chemistry, physics, engineering or similar)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is required (at least 10 years)
  • Strong Sales and Business development skills
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Location in Central‑Southern Italy is mandatory
