Join Axpo Solar Italy to accelerate the energy transition. Help turn solar projects from ideas into reality across Italy with a supportive, impact-driven team.

What you will do

  • Support project managers from prospecting to permitting and financial structuring
  • Assist in site identification and feasibility assessments (technical, regulatory, financial)
  • Prepare and maintain project documents: site plans, permitting files, memos, investment decks
  • Contribute to tender responses and project offers (land securing, PPA, FER X)
  • Coordinate with engineering, legal, finance, and local consultants; track milestones and KPIs
  • Conduct market/regulatory research and support financial modeling and risk analyses

What you bring & who you are

  • Master’s degree in Territorial/Urban Planning, Geography, or Energy Engineering
  • Initial experience in renewable projects (solar/wind) via internship or work-study
  • Familiarity with Italian administrative and permitting procedures for RE projects
  • Strong organization, autonomy, and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with PPA, FER X tenders, and project reporting tools/financial modeling
  • Ideally: Creativity in problem-solving and proactive, team-oriented communication
