Your role

The Customer Intelligence Senior Analyst supports analytics at the customer level, extracting insights from customer data for the entire company, locally or globally. The analyst leverages SQL (Hive/MySQL), builds new queries, and conducts advanced analysis to identify key business drivers. Deliverables include ad‑hoc analyses, customer analytics, and reporting.

Main responsibilities

  • Write and maintain SQL queries for weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Build and update dashboards to monitor customer base health and key trends.
  • Analyze the customer database to identify customer types, behavioral segments and inter‑purchase intervals.
  • Prepare reports and presentations with actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Collaborate across teams and meet project deadlines in an international environment.

Main requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SQL (mandatory).
  • Experience with Airflow & GitLab.
  • Google BigQuery proficiency.
  • Strong data‑visualisation skills (Power BI, Tableau, Looker – mandatory).
  • Familiarity with statistical packages (R, Python, SAS) is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint for presentations.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in a data/analytics role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Capability to work under stress and tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics or Statistics.
