About the Role

We are seeking a pioneering, visionary as well as pragmatic and result oriented person to coordinate the growth of the AI business area. The ideal candidate will develop both internal solutions as well as state-of-the-art AI offerings for our clients. In addition, it will contribute to the definition of our strategic positioning in the emerging field of "AI for Regeneration," helping to shape a future where technology and sustainability merge to create unprecedented value. Responsibilities

• Strategic coordination : Coordinate the launch and development of the new AI business area, helping define its vision and strategy.
• AI for Regeneration" Vision : Understand, define, and implement the concept of "AI for Regeneration," strategically positioning the company at the forefront of this domain.
• Augmented workflows : Design and architect innovative solutions to optimize existing processes and frameworks by means of Augmented Intelligence.
• AI-Native development : Design and implement new, "AI-native" processes and solutions from the ground up to create new value for our clients.
• Technical development : Improve ESG performance assessment methodologies by integrating Generative AI models into new and existing frameworks.
• Human-centric & ethical AI : Champion an approach to AI that keeps the human at the center. Ensure every solution is ethical, secure, respects consumer rights in accordance with the AI Act, and is designed to augment, not replace, human judgment and creativity.

Qualifications

• Education : A degree in Computer Engineering or a related STEM field. A PhD or specialization in Artificial Intelligence is a strong plus.
• Experience : 2+ years of work experience in a related role in AI, data science, or software development.
• Languages : Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
• Domain Knowledge : Knowledge of the ESG market and corporate sustainability principles is highly desirable.

Required Skills

• Full Stack Development : Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Programming languages : Excellent command of Python and other statistical languages (e.g., R, SQL) for data manipulation and insight generation from large datasets.
• Generative AI : Knowledge of Generative AI techniques, Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools, major Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering.
