Your Job

• Organising and managing institutional conferences, events, and workshops at both national and regional levels.
• Designing and implementing public affairs projects.
• Stakeholder mapping and institutional engagement.
• Preparing ad hoc documentation such as reports, policy briefs, and position papers.
• Managing client and project budgets.
• Scouting and drafting.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in political science, law, or related fields (master's degree in the field is welcome).
• At least 3-4 years of experience in public affairs.
• Experience and knowledge of the healthcare and life sciences sector.
• Knowledge of market rules and laws, including ethical codes and specific regulations.
• Strong team working skills, flexibility, and result orientation.
• Native proficiency in Italian; good knowledge of the English language.
• Good knowledge of the Office package.
