Industrial Engineer

Role description

The mission of the Industrial Engineer we are looking for is to work as a Project Manager in investments, development and maintenance projects of machines, automations, infrastructure.

Your main challenges

• Investments: Ensures Project Management of assigned investment projects, coordinating internal and external resources; prepares the business cases for investment approval; defines and develops new process specifications and objectives (Machinery); follows up the implementation of the new processes until the achievement in production of the targeted project goals.
• Developments: Streamlines production processes through machinery optimization (Plastic injection molding); optimizes existing processes, with a focus on improving performance and reducing waste through technical modifications.
• Infrastructure – maintenance: Collaborates to the definition of the plant layout; supports improvement actions in terms of safety of the production process and with a vision focused on continuous improvement; collaborates with maintenance and production departments, maximizing the success of implemented projects.

What we look for

• Degree in Mechanical, Automation, or Industrial Engineering
• 5 years in project management in industrial companies
• Lean background
• Fluent English
• Structured thinking
