Chief Accountant - Fiscal & Accounting Responsible

Our Client is a company specialized in the design, production, and service of industrial cooling systems, temperature controllers, and process air dehumidifiers.

Responsibilities

• Secure high quality in finance operations and fiscal declarations to ensure all accounting documents and transactions comply with local law and tax regulations.
• Maintain day‑to‑day financial, accounting, administrative and fiscal services to meet legislative requirements and support local operations.
• Prepare monthly and periodic statutory reporting.
• Prepare all official reports and tax returns.
• Perform monthly payroll operations in coordination with outsourcing company.
• Execute bookkeeping and ad‑hoc responsibilities as defined by Business Controller.
• Participate in all audit processes: internal and external, preparing reports, statements and reconciliations requested.
• Provide correct and timely figures and reports, raising red flags when necessary.
• Manage the filing, storage and security of documents.
• Lead all credit & collection activities.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and good knowledge in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of Financial, Fiscal and Management Accounting.
• Good knowledge of local and fiscal regulations.
• Good understanding of ERP systems and how they work.
• Expertise in Excel and working knowledge of PowerBI.
• Degree in Economics.
