Join Siemens Energy as a Sales Manager for Compression New Units and take charge of the full sales cycle—from identifying new business opportunities and shaping early strategies, to preparing budget proposals, negotiating contracts, and securing orders. You’ll work directly with EPC contractors, engineering firms, and end users, including leaders in hydrogen and carbon capture. Lead a team of technical proposal engineers and commercial sales professionals, collaborating closely with manufacturing facilities to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. Every day, you’ll drive growth, build trusted relationships, and help shape the future of sustainable energy.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Drive profitable and sustainable order intake that supports long-term growth and aligns with the Compression business strategy.
  • Provide proactive support to customers from initial engagement through deal closure, ensuring their needs are met at every stage.
  • Lead the generation of precise, customer-focused proposals that align with client expectations and business goals.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, focusing on long-term value creation and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute comprehensive sales strategies, accelerating revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree and over 10 years of sales and business development experience, ideally in a multinational environment and the rotating equipment sector.
  • Strong foundation in process engineering or compression technology, establishing technical credibility with customers.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, combining technical, commercial, and legal expertise to build and maintain international relationships. Proven track record in selling new equipment, services, or complete plants to end users and EPCs.
  • Demonstrated resilience, collaborative mindset, and a dynamic approach to generating new leads and closing complex sales deals.
  • Advanced Italian and English proficiency is required; additional languages, like French, are a plus
